pocket-sized guide covers every aspect of running a bed and
breakfast. Divided into eight chapters, B&B Know-How describes
the vital ingredients for a successful business, treating topics
as diverse as legal advice to cooking the 'perfect' full English
breakfast. Its author is highly qualified as the hands-on owner
of The George Hotel on the Isle of Wight and a successful Aga
cookery writer. The text is peppered with practical advice (and
Aga tips), from recommending her favourite Northumberland kipper
supplier to advice on common-sense public relations. A good
starting point for anyone entering the B&B business.
